There is no way this is a 2-minute read. Two minutes per line maybe. Lots of reflection required and willingly given. I see a book of poetry in your future. :-)

Agree these read like poems. Inspiring, Rémy, thank you.

Was going to ask which stage you're on but realised it's too personal a question. Decided to ask myself that question, instead.

As only a screenwriter I think could do… characters all on their own, but interconnected arcs. Really really love this, Remy.

Interesting too how this reads as a journey of stages over time, but can and does happen in the span of days, hours, minutes even. Ooof, The Human Experience.

Thank you, Remy. Love these.

Can I ask a question? What are your Substack categories, and in what order? Humor first or second? And what is the other? I am constantly struggling with where I belong (in the world, sure, but in this instance I mean Substack).

Expand full comment

My main category is humour and second is fiction. But while I have seen my articles trend in the humour category I have never ever seen them anywhere in fiction, so it seems the main category is what really matters.

Love the question and answer format resulting in a kind of flow you read and feel in poetry. Lovely and wise.
